Registered Daycares
The City of Greater Sudbury offers a property tax rebate on property in the residential tax class occupied by licenced day care nurseries that are registered charities within the City of Greater Sudbury. The rebate program is authorized under Section 361 of the Municipal Act and By-Law 2006-285F of the City of Greater Sudbury. Applications and all related documents must be received by the city's tax department on or before the last day of February following the year of eligibility.
