Oversight and Reporting

The Office of the CAO is responsible for overseeing the wrongdoing reporting process and assigning complaints for review and investigation. 

Council is informed about program outcomes through regular reporting from the Office of the CAO, while maintaining the confidentiality of individuals involved and respecting applicable privacy requirements. 

The City takes all credible allegations of wrongdoing seriously and is committed to ensuring concerns are reviewed fairly, objectively and confidentially.
