Unable to Attend Your Court Matter

If you or a representative are unable to attend your scheduled court date, please contact the Provincial Offences Court Office at 705-674-4455 extension 2299 for assistance with completing the required forms to change the date.

To change the date of your first Early Resolution meeting, please complete the Early Resolution Postponment Request and email the completed form to poacourt@greatersudbury.ca

To change your first Trial date, please complete the form Request for a First Trial Date.
