Attending Court

If you have received a Notice of Trial, an Early Resolution Notice, or were summonsed to court with a Summons to Defendant, you or a representative may attend your court date in-person or by way of ZOOM. 

Information for Members of the Public and Media

In compliance with open court principles, court proceedings are open to the public and members of the public and media are able to attend and listen into the teleconference. 

Please be advised that in order to minimize disruptions to the proceedings and respect the decorum of the court, you are to remain on mute throughout the duration of the teleconference. If you are found to be disruptive of the proceedings in any way, you may be asked to remove yourself from the conference.
