When it is possible to do so it is preferred that defendants appear for their court appearance via video. If you are having audio difficulties while appearing via video you may call in to the audio portion using the above teleconference information.
Prior to their court date, defendants will also receive a court notice that will provide them with the above information needed to access the ZOOM platform via audio or video conferencing. Crowns, Prosecutors and Charging Agencies will receive information regarding ZOOM court appearances from the Sudbury POA office.
