Applications Open for Business Incubator Program 2026 Cohort

The City of Greater Sudbury is now accepting applications for the Business Incubator Program offered through the Regional Business Centre. This mentorship-focused program is designed for entrepreneurs who are developing innovative business ideas or introducing new approaches within their industry.

Innovation is at the heart of business growth. Whether through a unique product, service or operational approach, the Business Incubator Program helps entrepreneurs turn forward-thinking ideas into real businesses. With 65 businesses supported and 106 jobs created to date, participants will join a program with a proven track record of helping entrepreneurs build and expand ventures that create local impact.

This free, part-time program offers participants access to mentorship, business training and networking opportunities and is designed to help businesses progress from idea to launch – or from early operations to growth. The program builds strong foundations in business planning, market validation, financial literacy and investor readiness. 

Applications for the program are now open, and interested individuals can apply online at Incubator Program – Regional Business. The program was established with support from FedNor and continues to be supported by the Greater Sudbury Development Corporation.

The deadline to apply is June 1, 2026. This cohort will run from July 21 to December 1, 2026.
