2023 Budget Virtual Information Sessions on February 1 and 6

Residents are invited to attend virtual budget information sessions on Wednesday, February 1 and Monday, February 6 from 6 to 8 p.m. to learn more and ask questions about the proposed 2023 municipal budget.

Links to the sessions will be available the day of the event on the Over to You engagement portal at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca/budget-2023 and on the City’s social media.

For residents unable to attend, the sessions will be recorded and available for viewing online. A question-and-answer tool will be available for residents to ask questions about the budget until February 15 or residents may call 311.  Both the recordings and online tool will be available at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca/budget-2023.

This is the second round of public engagement on the proposed 2023 budget. Community feedback from the first round of engagement in the fall of 2022 was presented to Council on January 17, during the Finance and Administration Committee meeting. Information collected throughout the public engagement process is shared with Council for their consideration during budget deliberations.
