Update on Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Process

The City of Greater Sudbury has filed the last of three documents with the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) and the opponents, in respect to the appeals filed for the rezoning of the Kingsway Entertainment District. 

The documents sent include the City’s case synopsis and appeal record, and are available for viewing at www.greatersudbury.ca/kedrezoning.  

LPAT will hold a Case Management Conference on November 6, 2018.
