Update on Greater Sudbury Arena/Event Centre Integrated Site Plan

This week’s meeting of Greater Sudbury Council will include an update on the draft integrated site plan for the Kingsway Entertainment District, including the Greater Sudbury Arena/Event Centre, Gateway Casino and a hotel complex. The meeting begins at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday, November 1, in the Council Chamber of Tom Davies Square.

Representatives of Cumulus Architects will present a draft site plan showing proposed building locations, future roads and landscaping design, reflecting community consultations which were held in September.

Greater Sudbury Council will receive for consideration the final integrated site plan for the Kingsway Entertainment District on Wednesday, November 22, 2017.
