*Reminder* Rail Crossing Closure - Barry Downe Road

*Reminder* Rail Crossing Closure: CN & CP will be conducting repairs to several rail crossings in Greater Sudbury in June and July. Repairs will be done over one weekend, in each location, and require full road closures. 
 
This weekend, Barry Downe Road will be closed from 6 a.m. on Saturday, July 9 to 6 a.m. on Monday, July 11. Road closure and detour signs are posted. Residents are encouraged to find alternate routes. A revised transit schedule will be shared before the weekend.

Local businesses have been visited to advise of the closure and address any concerns. Access to businesses in the immediate area will be maintained. The City thanks residents and businesses for their patience as we work with CN and CP to improve rail crossings in our community.
