When should I expect to receive my Voter Information Letter (VIL)?

Voter Information Letters will be sent out in late September and will be received by voters prior to the opening of the voting period.

If you lose or misplace your Voter Information Letter, please contact the 3-1-1 or the Election Team at election@greatersudbury.ca. You may also visit any Citizen Service Centre with an appropriate ID to receive a new VIL. Once a new VIL is issued with a new PIN, your old PIN will be deactivated.
