When should I expect to receive my Voter Information Letter (VIL)?

Voter Information Letters have been mailed out and voters have begun to receive them. Voter’s should continue to check their mail for their letter.

If you lose or misplace your Voter Information Letter, please contact the 311 or the Election Team at election@greatersudbury.ca. You may also visit any Citizen Service Centre with an appropriate ID to receive a new VIL. Once a new VIL is issued with a new PIN, your old PIN will be deactivated.
