Downtown Action Plan

Downtown Action Plan

The Transformation Project is focused on bringing bold change to Greater Sudbury and is made up of many processes working together toward meaningful progress. A central priority among these processes is creating a safe, welcoming and vibrant downtown for residents, businesses and visitors. It is clear that a sustained, coordinated effort will have the most positive outcome - an effort that will be implemented in both the short and medium term.

The Downtown Action Plan offers the clarity and direction needed to make positive change in our downtown.

Key Focus Areas

The Plan outlines five priorities with action-oriented initiatives designed to build a cleaner, safer and more vibrant Downtown while addressing major priorities.
