There’s a new way to register for leisure programs or book a facility. It’s easy to create an account! If you need help getting started, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.
The French interface of our new registration system is still under development, however it is important that the City goes live with the new system as the existing registration and facility booking system is no longer supported by the vendor. Residents can still receive this service in French by calling 311 to have a French-speaking operator process bookings or registrations. The French interface will be launched in time for the fall/winter registration period.
Enjoy one free swim each week as part of our Feel Free to Feel Fit program! After each free swim, speak to front desk staff about free return transportation aboard Greater Sudbury Transit.
Children age 10 and under must be accompanied by an adult age 16 or over and must remain within arm’s reach of that adult. Regular diapers are not permitted in the water; babies must wear swim diapers.
In order to provide a more effective registration process for recreational swimming, registration will be available only on site at the pool location. Pre-registration for recreational swimming will no longer be accepted. These programs will be available on a first come first served basis.
In some instances, swim spots for recreational swims were reserved in advance through online booking and were not occupied on the day of the activity. We aim to provide the highest level of access to our programs possible, and we look forward to having you join us as we return to our pre-COVID-19 process.
