How to Book the Foyer or Courtyard
- Submit a Special Event Application
Begin by submitting an online application for your event through the Plan a Special Event page on the City’s website. - Eligibility
These spaces are available to non-profit organizations, government entities, and community groups. The City supports events that align with its Community Vibrancy goals, including cultural and artistic expressions. - Approval and Confirmation
After submitting your application, City staff will review your request and may contact you to discuss logistics. You will receive a floor plan to mark up your event layout. Final confirmation will be sent once proof of insurance and payment have been received. - Booking Timeframe
Please submit your application at least 30 days in advance.
