How to Book the Foyer or Courtyard

  1. Submit a Special Event Application
    Begin by submitting an online application for your event through the Plan a Special Event page on the City’s website.
  2. Eligibility
    These spaces are available to non-profit organizations, government entities, and community groups. The City supports events that align with its Community Vibrancy goals, including cultural and artistic expressions.
  3. Approval and Confirmation
    After submitting your application, City staff will review your request and may contact you to discuss logistics. You will receive a floor plan to mark up your event layout. Final confirmation will be sent once proof of insurance and payment have been received.
  4. Booking Timeframe
    Please submit your application at least 30 days in advance.
