Event Space Availability and Capacity

• Foyer: Available most days, except during City Council or Committee meetings and on Friday afternoons when weddings are scheduled in Council chamber.

Capacity: 200 seated, 400 standing (reduced to 200 if alcohol is served).

• Courtyard: Available for larger events. Please note, vehicle access for loading/unloading is limited to lightly loaded cars, pickup trucks, and vans and weight restrictions apply.
• After-hours events: Events held outside of regular business hours (8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday) in the foyer or courtyard will require security at an additional cost.
