Stormwater CLI Annual Report 2025

The City of Greater Sudbury prepares an annual Stormwater System Performance Report to meet the requirements of the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) under the Consolidated Linear Infrastructure Environmental Compliance Approval (CLI-ECA).

This report covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025, and provides an overview of the City’s stormwater system. The system includes a network of storm sewers, culverts, ditches, municipal drains, outlets, and Stormwater Management Facilities that serve communities across the Spanish River, Wanapitei River, and Whitefish River watersheds.
