Construction Startup Notice- October 22, 2026
Sanitary Sewer Replacement
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road and wastewater improvements on Edna Street between St. Albert Street and Windstar Avenue, in Chelmsford.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Bélanger Construction, will begin in late October and is expected to be completed in November 2026.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday.
Final asphalt will be completed with the surface asphalt during the subdivision phase.

- Cured in place lining of sanitary sewer
- Placement of new pavement
