Reloading your GOVA Pass

GOVA Pass smart cards can be reloaded in several ways:

Online
Through the GOVA Pass eFare website, cardholders can purchase fare products such as 6-Ride Cards, Day Passes, and 31-Day Passes based on their fare category.

Please note: Online purchases may take up to 48 hours to appear on the card. It is recommended to check balances regularly and purchase in advance to avoid service interruptions.

In Person
Reloading is available at the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk (9 Elm Street) and any Citizen Service Centre or Library during regular business hours.
