How to Get Your GOVA Pass Card

From June 1 to June 30 , cards are available free of charge when loaded with a 6 Ride or 31 Day Pass at the time of purchase.

After June 30, all smart cards will be subject to a one-time $5.25 fee. The GOVA Pass smart card is reusable, meaning you only need to purchase the card once and simply reload it as needed.

Adult Fare Riders
Adult fare riders can obtain a GOVA Pass card by visiting the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk or any Citizen Service Centre or Library. 

Concession Fare Riders
Concession fare riders must visit the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk in person to verify eligibility for reduced fares before receiving a GOVA Pass card. Photos are now printed directly on the back of the smart card, eliminating the need for a separate Transit Photo ID card.
