Create your Account and Register your Card
GOVA Pass smart card users are encouraged to create an account and register their card on the GOVA Pass eFare website. Registering your GOVA Pass smart card helps protect the fare balance if the card is lost or stolen. Unregistered cards cannot be recovered, and any remaining balance will be lost.
Creating an account also allows users to:
- View purchased fare products and active passes
- Monitor fare balances
- Track card activity and fare deductions
- Review order history
These features provide greater control and a clear overview of transit usage and spending.
