Option 1: Have the City Perform the Culvert Work

  • Review the Culvert Costs indicated in the web page below.
  • Submit an application through Pronto to request a quote.
  • A work order will be created and submitted to the area foreperson to measure the culvert and provide a quote for the work.
  • Once you have agreed to the quoted prices, the work will be scheduled to be completed within 3 to 6 months. Any work not completed by September 1st may take place the following year and may be subject to an increase in unit fees.
  • Within 2 months of completion of the work, an invoice will be forwarded to the address for which the work is being completed. Payment will be due within 30 days of the date of the invoice.
  • There is no warranty; however, if the culvert heaves within a year of the installation we will reset it free of charge.
  • The City is not responsible for the replacement of any asphalt, interlocking stone or head walls.
  • The City is not responsible for the replacement of any material that extends past the lot line.
  • Once the culvert is installed a layer of granular material will be placed over the culvert.
