By-Name List Data Update – December 12

To date, 1,072 people have been added to the By-Name List since its inception in July 2021. Of the 1,072 individuals, 399 are housed, and 377 have been deactivated from the list due to a change in circumstances. There are currently 296 actively homeless individuals on the list.

Of the 296 individuals actively homeless, 100 are staying in encampments, 64 are unsheltered, 66 are in shelter, and 66 are provisionally accommodated or “unknown.” Of the individuals staying in encampments or unsheltered, some frequent shelter from time to time.
