With MPDS, life-threatening calls always receive the highest priority and the fastest response. During periods of high demand, calls for non-life-threatening conditions—such as minor injuries or chronic issues—may experience some wait time. This ensures that a paramedic team is always available to respond to the most critical emergencies in our community.
