This station is staffed by volunteer firefighters. Volunteer firefighters don’t reside in the station. They are notified of emergency calls at their homes or workplaces and report to the station before responding. All firefighters are trained according to current regulations and Council-approved service levels.

Future Plans

Staff have been directed to put forward costs for renovations in future draft capital plans, provided the average volunteer station staffing levels are met by that time.
