This station is a Composite Fire Station and is staffed by both full time and volunteer firefighters. All firefighters are trained according to current regulations and Council-approved service levels.

Future Plans

Staff have been directed to renovate the Val Therese station, with costs included in the 2024-2027 capital budget. Once completed, Val Caron and Hanmer stations can be consolidated into the Val Therese station.
