Get a Kit

Depending on the emergency and when it strikes, you may have to:

  • evacuate your home,
  • stay in your home for an extended period of time,
  • take shelter in your vehicle.

Building an emergency kit will help you to be prepared for any situation. You must know how to use all of the items in your kit and ensure that your kit is always ready.

  • Check your kits twice a year and tailor your kits to the upcoming seasons.
  • Replace batteries, water, and food to ensure items remain fresh and ready for use.
