Workforce Strategy Sub-Committee

The Workforce Strategy sub-committee contributes to the development and implementation of initiatives that will sustain the existing workforce, enhance professional development opportunities, grow the number of qualified staff and attract an increasingly diverse workforce to reflect the diversity of children and families accessing child care and early learning programs in the community.
