  • City registration
  • WSIB coverage
  • Liability insurance (minimum $5 million)
  • Authorization documents provided by the City
  • Building permit issued (if applicable)
  • These ensure the project is safe and built to professional standards.
  • Typical maintenance includes:
  • Routine cleaning
  • Inspections for damage
  • Timely repairs
  • Graffiti or vandalism removal
  • Care of surrounding landscaping and access paths
