1. Start with an Idea

If you have an idea for a new cenotaph, monument or major restoration:

• Contact Parks and Recreation Services (Community Initiatives and Partnerships Team).
• Complete the Community-Led Projects application.
• City staff will review your idea to ensure it aligns with City plans, policies and priorities.

If approved to move forward, a City team will be assigned to support your project.
