What is the cost?

The application for a Letter of Interpretation is separated by classification of the records and is non-refundable. An application fee accompanies all requests for access to information. The application is payable in person, at the Building Planning & Permits Section of the One Stop Services counter or by calling 705-674-4455 Ext. 4278 to pay by credit card once you have received your confirmation email noting your application has been received.

The fee for a Letter of Opinion is $430.00 (subject to change as per User Fee By-law), to be submitted with the letter of request either in the form of a cheque or to be paid by credit card by calling Building Services main line 705-674-4455 Ext 4278.
