Search for open permits using our online building permits data portal.

Once you reach the webpage...
- Click the Magnifying Glass on the top right corner of the map display.
- Type in your address - be sure to include the city after the street address.
- The map will zoom in on the address you searched. Click on the blue dot that matches the address.
- All open and closed permits associated with the address will appear in a small pop-up window.
- To view the permits associated with your property, simply scroll through permits using the left (<) and right (>) arrows at the bottom left of the pop-up window.
All building permits require a final inspection to complete and close the building permit. It is the responsibility of the property owner to ensure all building permits are completed and closed.

- Login to Pronto (an account is required)
- Navigate to 'Building' and select 'Inspection Requests'
- Provide:
- Name and phone number of onsite contact
- Requester's email address (to receive a confirmation email)
- Permit number(s)
- Type of inspection(s) being requested
- Include any additional information in the comments box (i.e., morning or afternoon preference)
Each of the items noted above is required to schedule an inspection. If any of the information is missing, the inspection will not be scheduled. Please contact 311 or Building Services at extension 4278 if you require assistance.
