Housing Supply Strategy
Housing Supply Strategy
The City of Greater Sudbury has developed a Housing Supply Strategy which aims to ensure that all current and future residents have access to the housing options that meet their needs at all stages of life and that are attainable at all income levels. A Housing Supply Strategy that encourages thoughtful, targeted and sustainable residential development is one piece of a broader strategy to grow the City’s population and local economy.
The Housing Supply Strategy provides a series of implementable actions, under 17 broad focus areas, to realize the objectives and goals that City Council has adopted through relevant reports and analyses, as well as public input.
