Residential Land Supply Strategy
To ensure housing projects can be supported where needed, the City of Greater Sudbury is aligning its Residential Land Supply Strategy with water and wastewater infrastructure planning. Through collaboration with the city’s Water/Wastewater Master Plan (WWWMP) and the Housing Needs Assessment, this initiative helps prioritize:
- Intensification in urban areas
- Affordable housing in walkable serviced locations
