E-Permitting System
Streamlining development approvals is a cornerstone of the City’s HAF Action Plan. To this end, the City launched PRONTO an e-permitting platform that allows applicants to:
- Submit building permit applications online
- Track application progress online in real time
- Upload and receive documents electronically
This modernization is part of a broader review of internal planning and building processes to ensure housing approvals are faster, clearer and more accessible.
