Enhanced Property Tax Deferral Program
The City of Greater Sudbury offers a property tax deferral program for eligible low-income older adults and homeowners with disabilities who need financial assistance. If eligible, part or all of annual property taxes may be deferred at a reduced interest rate. The program is governed by Bylaw 2026-77.
The education portion of your property taxes is not eligible for deferral and must be paid each year.
