Option 2 - Trial

If you are choosing to appear in court to plead not guilty to the charge(s) against you, you must complete the intention of a trial at the bottom of your parking ticket.

A Notice of Intention to Appear can be submitted by:

  • In-person or by mail at Provincial Offences Office, 199 Larch St., Suite 102, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5P9

A notice of trial advising the date, time and location of your trial will be sent by regular mail 8 – 12 weeks after your request has been submitted.
