Greater Sudbury Development Corporation Seeking Culinary Representative for Tourism Development Committee

The Greater Sudbury Development Corporation (GSDC), an 18-member volunteer board of directors focused on economic development for the City of Greater Sudbury, is accepting applications for a Culinary Representative to join the Tourism Development Committee (TDC) subcommittee.

 

The City is seeking a community member who is actively involved in the culinary or hospitality sector, has a strong understanding of the local tourism landscape and is passionate about showcasing Greater Sudbury as a destination.

This opportunity is a one-year appointment. The committee meets monthly over the lunch hour, with both in-person and virtual attendance options.

Residents interested in supporting local tourism development are invited to apply. The deadline to apply is 4 p.m. on April 22, 2026.

The Tourism Development Committee is a subcommittee of the Greater Sudbury Development Corporation (GSDC) and oversees the Tourism Development Fund. The committee provides recommendations to the GSDC regarding tourism-related investments and applications to the Tourism Development Fund.
