City to Host Annual Healthy Aging Fair

The City of Greater Sudbury's Older Adult Advisory Panel is inviting older adults, caregivers and community members to attend the annual Healthy Aging Fair on Tuesday, September 29, 2026, from 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Caruso Club.

This free drop-in event brings together local organizations and service providers to share information, resources and programs that support healthy aging and enhance quality of life. Attendees will have the opportunity to connect with community organizations, learn about available services and discover resources that promote wellness, independence and active living.

While the event features information particularly relevant to older adults and their caregivers, all community members are welcome to attend. No registration is required.

To help residents access the event, GOVA Transit will provide free transportation for attendees. Tell the driver you are travelling to the Older Adult Healthy Aging Fair when boarding a GOVA vehicle to receive a complimentary ride.

About the Older Adult Advisory Panel

The Older Adult Advisory Panel works to promote, maintain and enhance the quality of life of older adults in Greater Sudbury through consultation, education, advice and advocacy. The panel provides recommendations to the Mayor and Council on issues affecting older adults and supports the development of programs and services that benefit the aging population.
