City of Greater Sudbury Honours Its Volunteers

May 14, 2020

Each year, the City of Greater Sudbury recognizes community volunteers through Civic Awards. The awards are presented to individuals and groups who consistently give back to the community.

Civic Awards promote and reward leadership, humanitarian service and enrichment of the human spirit through volunteerism and community involvement.

“Each year, the City of Greater Sudbury remains committed to recognizing one of our community’s greatest assets,” said Greater Sudbury Mayor Brian Bigger. “Our volunteers are dedicated and devoted to giving back. Their leadership and involvement make a real difference in our community, and we thank them for their outstanding service.”
