Update on Local Planning Appeal Tribunal Process 

The City of Greater Sudbury has filed two of three documents to date with the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) and the opponents, in respect to the appeals filed for the rezoning of the Kingsway Entertainment District. LPAT has granted an extension to the remaining appellant. The City will respond to this application within the timelines outlined by LPAT and an update will be provided when the City’s documentation is submitted. 

The documents sent include the City’s case synopsis and appeal record, and are available for viewing at www.greatersudbury.ca/kedrezoning.  

LPAT will hold a Case Management Conference on November 6, 2018.
