Traffic Update: MR 80

MR 80, Sudbury- Asphalt removal, grading and paving operations will result in lane closures on MR 80 from Turner Avenue to three kilometres north beginning Monday, May 28 to Saturday, June 30 as part of the Maley Drive Extension Project. One north and south bound lane will be closed from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. and from 6 to 9 p.m. Motorists should also expect that there will be periods of gravel road.

Traffic will also be continued to be stopped for approximately 15 minutes in both the northbound and southbound lanes.

The posted regulatory speed limit has been reduced to 60 km/h and motorists are urged to slow down though the construction zone.
