Traffic Update - August 31, 2018

Murray Street, Sudbury: Temporary water main installation will close a portion of Murray Street between Leslie Street and the south entrance of Legace St will be closed to all traffic from 7 a.m. Tuesday, September 4, 2018 to 6 p.m. Friday, September 7, 2018. Local traffic will be able to enter and will be directed by traffic control. Pedestrians: Pedestrians are encouraged to take an alternative walking route

Notre Dame Street West, Azilda : Culvert replacement work will detour traffic around Notre Dame Street West at Municipal Road 35 from Tuesday, September 4, to Friday, September 7, 2018.

Attlee Avenue, Sudbury: Water main lining project will result in intermittent lane closures between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. on Attlee Avenue, from Gemmell Street to Hawthorne Drive, and from Dublin Street to Lasalle Boulevard, until October 15, 2018.

Kingsway, Sudbury: Concrete, sidewalk, and asphalt boulevard removal as well as concrete curb and sidewalk replacement, will reduce traffic to one westbound lane from 1280 the Kingsway to the McDonald’s Restaurant. Work will take place from Sept 5 until September 18.

Notre Dame Avenue, Sudbury: A private contracting installing a right turn lane will close the southbound curb lane in front of 883 Notre Dame Ave. from 7 a.m to 7 p.m. September 4 to Nov 30, 2018.

Kingsway, Sudbury: Boreholes drilling on the shoulder of the Kingsway near Levesque Street will close the westbound curb lane. from Sept 4 to Sept 14-2018. The work will be restricted to the hours of 9am to 3pm.
