Town Centre Business Owners Invited to Learn More about Incentive Programs

The City will be hosting a series of information sessions for business owners within the identified town centres of Capreol, Chelmsford, Levack, Flour Mill, Lively, Copper Cliff and Kathleen Street. The Town Centre Community Improvement Plan (CIP) provides financial incentives for business owners to cover some of the costs to rehabilitate their business. 

Business owners may attend one of the following information sessions:

Noon to 1 p.m.

The CIP enhances pedestrian friendly commercial areas to attract people and new business. It will also address commercial and residential vacancy issues by improving inventory, and rehabilitate older, mixed used building inventory to promote the creation of additional residential buildings.
