Fresh Local Raspberries, Summer Squash, Blueberries and More at The Market this Weekend

The Blueberry Festival will be at the Market on Saturday! Start off your day with a blueberry bash pancake breakfast at 8:30 a.m. Plates are $5 and include two pancakes and a drink. From 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. there will be free festival tattoos, balloon animal workshop and free wagon rides. Local musicians, Franco and Tony, DT Collective, No Sugs and Dani Star will take the Market stage between 10 a.m. and 1:45 p.m. 

On Sunday from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m., Glama Gal Tween Spa will be doing free manicures and feather hair extensions for children.

Take a break from shopping in The Market outdoor café. Perogy Princess, Fire Flame Jerk Chicken, Treats you Well Bakery, Frübar and CJ pies will be serving delicious food in a casual setting this weekend.

The Market is your destination for fresh air and fresh food this season. Enjoy live entertainment, fresh local produce, unique gift ideas and much more. The Market is located next to the CP/Via Rail Station at 233 Elgin St. in downtown Sudbury, and is open every weekend rain or shine, Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Sundays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
