Conduct research, benchmarking and experimentation to ensure road maintenance practices reflect appropriate best practices.

Update the Official Plan to reflect Transportation Background Study Update and Water/Wastewater Master Plan.

Incorporate environmental performance considerations such as total carbon footprint calculations when making choices about asset renewal.
