Residents and Community Partners Invited to Provide Feedback on French Language Services

As directed by Council in April 2022, the City of Greater Sudbury is undertaking a review of its French Language Services Policy. The policy was adopted in 2001, with the commitment to offer services and communications in both English and French.

To ensure we continue to meet the needs of the community, we are looking for feedback about French services offered by the City. This will help us better understand opportunities, challenges and successes related to the current policy.

Residents and community partners are invited to provide input by completing a survey on the City’s engagement platform at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca between now and Friday, October 20, 2023. Paper copies will be available at Greater Sudbury Public Library locations and the One-Stop Services counter. Residents may also call 311 for assistance.

The full survey results will accompany the draft revised French Language Services policy when it is presented to Council in November.
