City Accepting Applications for Transportation Demand Management Community Grant Program

In June 2018, City Council adopted the Transportation Demand Management (TDM) Plan, which outlines an approach to deliver programs and initiatives to complement transit, walking and cycling infrastructure.

The TDM Community Grant Program is one element of this plan. It provides eligible non-profit or community organizations up to $1,000 in funding assistance for community-based activities that promote sustainable and active travel.

The types of activities eligible for funding may include individual or community-based social marketing and travel planning programs, community events, education programs, and promotional and awareness programs.

Applications for the grant program are being accepted from Monday, March 27 to Friday, April 14, 2023.
