Interim Property Tax Bills Due Dates

Feb 4, 2020

Interim property tax bills are being mailed out this week. The first instalment is due on March 2, 2020, and the second is due on April 2, 2020.

There are number of ways to pay your property tax bill, including:
-    by mail, in person or via telephone banking
-    through your mortgage, arranged through your mortgage company
-    by enrolling in a pre-authorized payment plan where payments are automatically withdrawn from your bank account either monthly or on the instalment due date.

If you haven’t received your interim tax bill before Friday, February 21, 2020, please contact the City’s tax department at 705-674-4455 ext. 2601.

The final property tax bill is traditionally due in June and will be mailed after the approval of the tax policy, passed by Council in the spring.
