Hearing to Begin for Kingsway Entertainment District Planning Appeal

The Local Planning Appeal Tribunal (LPAT) will hold a hearing on September 17 and 18 for the Kingsway Entertainment District (KED) planning appeal. The hearing, originally scheduled for May 5, 2020, was delayed due to COVID-19.

The hearing commences at 10:00 a.m. on each day and may be accessed by audio only.

The length of the LPAT hearing was shortened from four days to two due to the virtual format of the proceedings with no live questioning of witnesses. The LPAT sent written questions to the witnesses who submitted their written responses prior to the hearing.
