About EarthCare Sudbury | 150 + Partners
EarthCare Sudbury is a unique partnership between the City of Greater Sudbury, over 150 community, agencies, organizations and businesses, and hundreds of individuals coming together to chart our own course for a greener, healthier and more sustainable community.
The Commuter Challenge is here!
Residents of Greater Sudbury are encouraged to participate in national Commuter Challenge Week, from May 31 to June 6 by committing to walking, cycling, in-line skating, using public transit, carpooling or teleworking rather than driving to work or school. To register for this challenge, please visit the Commuter Challenge website.
Use these vouchers to ride Greater Sudbury Transit for FREE on Clean Air Day - Wednesday, June 3 (PDF 1.22 MB). Simply print and cut out the vouchers and give one to the bus driver when boarding. These vouchers are also available at local libraries and Citizen Service Centres. Plan your route at Greater Sudbury Transit.
The focus of EarthCare Sudbury is on enhancing our environment, creating a healthier community, and strengthening the local economy.
To achieve these goals, EarthCare Sudbury has developed a Local Action Plan (LAP). Our plan provides a blueprint to how we, as a community, can take action to protect our environment, while improving our quality of life and building a strong local economy.
